Work was all completed and to expected standard.
I had 2 recalls work completed so was happy with this. Previously I have had a bad experience with Benham BMW along with my members of my family.
Your service dept are quite abrupt and not very proactive as the Oldbury Sytner service team. There seems to be old attitudes of Benham still lingering in the service dept. Hopefully under Rybrook this may change for the better.
Car is always cleaned
The service experience was good, the offer to wash the car was good but the extra time Involved caused me to decline the offer.
Bmw group made it easy going and clear with everything I could have asked or enquired about.
See above comments..I pointed all of the above out when I collected my vehicle and was offered nothing. It was only when I put my thoughts into an email did the garage offer me a full valet free of charge
The car was not valeted at all and when this was pointed out the valeting was done in a hurry and not very well. I was also not advised regarding the expiry of my MOT on the day despite discussing it.
No hassle picked car up and delivered it back in record time

I took the vehicle in for a run flat tyre change following a puncture. I had taken out aTyre Insurance policy but initially there was a problem with the claim as I had been sold the wrong policy. This was sorted by the staff and the tyre replaced

I returned my car to be inspected following a failure of a part fitted by Rybrook. I was told over the phone I could wait for my car as it would only take 1 hour.I actually waited 3 hours. I was not reliably informed of progress and just placated.

it took longer than i was told as it was satrted later than i was told which was annoying as i had asked the day before to bring the car in later and was told no as there was a strict schedule

It is true to say that both the Service Receptionist and the Service Manager did their best to resolve the problematic issue raised by my MOT.

Initially, courteous and efficient service from Philip Howell. However, a subsequent misunderstanding/failure of communication with a different member of staff led to our vehicle not being returned by the required date. Problem eventually solved.
Swift service check-in and courtesy car readily available. Phil called to advise that my vehicle was ready well within the time frame given.

Benhams Wolverhampton has offered poor service since i bought the car in 11/06/2017, such as incorrect advice, refused to carry out the brake fluid change service before the 5 year service plan ran out, carried out at Knights Stafford free of charge
