3 attempts to adjust a hand brake is perplexing to me for factory trained staff i would expect a back street garage to get it right the first time and definitely a second time

This is not a "criticism" but why does it take so long to perform a service.Im just a bit peeved that it took more time than I would wish.... The member of staff who dealt with me was superb in his dealings.He kept me informed at all times.

I was charged £99 just to be told that the rear washer pump had failed. I was quoted £174 for a replacement pump on top of the initial charge which I refused.
