Service did take longer than was originally told, spent majority of the day waiting around in garage.
Had to wait a while for collection
All stress taken away BMW dealt with everything.

Fairly prompt efficient service
On collection I was given my keys back and said everything was fine. I expected to see some type of paperwork telling me what had been done for the money.
I've been a customer at this branch through the various acquisitions for circa 20 years of which the post delivery service has been 2nd to none. This time around is the worst I've experienced, and maybe just bad luck this time around.
Would have been 5 stars but for needing loan car - then car being ready 2 hours later
Absolutely faultless service experience.
Made to feel very welcomed from the moment I stepped into reception to the time I departed with a smile off each member of staff I encountered, all willing to offer help and make sure I was being attended too.

Car was booked in for seat belt repair on 29/09/17 I was going on holiday the next day BMW were unable to fix the problem.I rebooked my car for repairs due to the wrong parts being delivered it took 3 days for me to get the car back very inconvenient

I didn't feel a valued customer, didn't have my calls returned, promised car to be completed in a day or two a number of times before being given my car back after five weeks still not fixed and had to return and pay more money than quoted!
Car was returned following a small fault from some repair work carried out by the workshop. Car was dealt with swiftly and no fuss.

I was quoted on me price for the service on booking. Then upon arrival told a lot cheaper one from the keyfob. Then a phone call to state was higher as recommended by mechanic. Then a further call for more to be done. The price was now more the first
The service I received was excellent I had a road test with a technician called Edd,WOW his knowledge.
I took the car in for its final warranty check and MOT the car was there for several hours and when I went to collect it the MOT had been forgotten so I had to wait another half hour for it to be done Fortunately the warranty check had been completed
The paying extra against £1000 excess isnt great. I would like to be covered as I am on my own insurance. It makes me nervous, but I dont want to pay more
Small job booked in at short notice was completed on time and entirely satisfied even though i was late delivering the car to the garage.
Staff was polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me advices.
Staff very friendly on arrival and ordered taxi for me. Only slight issue was the lack of communication during the day as to the progress and whether I would need to arrange a lift home.

Car was serviced and MOT'd, but no explaining/advice given on non linear wear acrss surface of tyres, complementary valet only covered the outside, and car returned with service light (6k miles remaining) showing - no explaination.
This was a follow-up repair from a previous problem. The response was quick and efficient and a courtesy car was provided.
Having to pay other garage to put right after warranty work
Dropping off the car was quick and easy. There was a delay in the collections and paying process.
Because my problem with tyres was fixed within an hour.
Service done in the time stated. Taxi home and back to collect car very much apreciated.

From first speaking to the receptionist to receiving my car back, the experience was exemplary.
Not particular to this visit but on previous visits car has not been ready when requested.
I was very satisfied with the service although did feel like my knowledge was being tested- had an appt due to crackling of speakers and was told I wasn't connecting bluetooth properly- I know how to connect the phone to car.

Poor value for money, my vehicle needed two front tyres, I was quoted £289 each for a like for like basis. I have replaced my tyres elsewhere on a like for like basis for £191 each, quite a saving wouldn't you agree!!
Lengthy wait for a courtesy car & the charge applied to MOT testing was considerably more expensive then a recent test on another car I drive.
Work was all completed and to expected standard.
I had 2 recalls work completed so was happy with this. Previously I have had a bad experience with Benham BMW along with my members of my family.
Your service dept are quite abrupt and not very proactive as the Oldbury Sytner service team. There seems to be old attitudes of Benham still lingering in the service dept. Hopefully under Rybrook this may change for the better.

I was kept informed of progress with my car all the way throughout the process. The car was handed to me a day early.
Kept up to date with the progress of the car during manafacture, paperwork was explained throughly and the purchase was quite straightforward.
The deal and delivery of the car happened fairly smoothly although I did feel the pre delivery inspection of the car and its preparation prior to collection was a little rushed also I did wonder why I had to ask for the obligatory half a tank of fuel
